Trampoline Frequently Asked Questions

  • WHY DON’T YOU LIST THE SPRINGFREE PRICES?
  • Springfree advertising policies do not permit dealers to post pricing online. However, our pricing can be obtained using the chat feature at the bottom of your screen, emailing info@backyardplayworld.com, or calling 402-392-1869. We always make sure we have the lowest prices on Springfree trampolines in the area.
  • ONCE I ORDER, HOW DO I FIND OUT WHEN IT WILL BE DELIVERED/INSTALLED?
  • Once an order is placed, your install will be scheduled that day! Trampoline installations take about 2 to 3 hours.
  • WHAT IF MY GROUND IS UNLEVEL??
  • As long as your slope is not substantial, we can install the trampoline. Cosmetically, a trampoline that leans is still safe. Safety outweighs the cosmetics during an install, we won't install the trampoline if it is not safe. If you want the trampoline 100% level, you may need to hire a professional landscaper prior to install. Please ask our trampoline experts for more specifics.
  • WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE STRUCTURAL LOAD CAPACITY AND THE SINGLE USER WEIGHT RATING?
  • The Structural Load Capacity is the total amount of weight the unit can handle. The Single User Weight Rating is the weight limit for a single jumper to ensure no one bottoms out while jumping.
  • WHAT IS POWERBOUNCE ON THE ALLEYOOP UNITS?
  • Powerbounce springs are available on any AlleyOOP Trampoline. They can be added at the time of order or anytime down the road. They make the bed tighter to allow for higher jumps with less effort, a more even bounce throughout the edges of the unit, and increase the Single User Weight Rating. We consider Powerbounce as an accessory and not a whole new trampoline, like you would see on the manufacturer’s website. Backyard Playworld, Omaha, Lincoln, Nebraska Trampolines
  • WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE ALLEYOOP SINGLE AND DOUBLE BED?
  • The double bed is literally two trampolines. You bounce on the top bed, & the other bed is 8” below. When the bottom bed engages, it takes a lot of stress off your knees and joints, creating a much softer, safer, and controlled bounce. Much of the kickback force of the top bed is removed, offering less displacement for multiple jumpers. The bottom bed also requires a second frame. The bottom bed is the heaviest duty trampoline on the market.
  • CAN YOU COME MEASURE FIRST TO SEE WHICH TRAMPOLINES WOULD FIT IN MY YARD?
  • There’s no need! Trampolines are easy; if you have the space and a minimal slope, we can make it work. However, if you'd feel more comfortable with someone stopping out, please talk to a trampoline expert while at our store picking our your trampoline!
  • WHAT IS THE BEST SPRINGFREE?
  • The square trampolines ( s-113 or S-155) are without a doubt the best because they give you the maximum amount of jumping space in all directions. There is very little difference in the footprint of the smallest (8' Round) and largest (13' x 13') Springfree trampoline, but a significant increase in comfortable jump space. The brand new Jumbo Round (R132) is also becoming quite popular! Backyard Playworld, Omaha, Lincoln, Nebraska Trampolines
  • DO YOU OFFER IN-GROUND SYSTEMS?
  • No. While we like the look of in-ground systems, many times they turn into a drainage nightmare. Also, if you do not leave ample room for airflow, it significantly deadens the bounce. If a proper hole with a retaining wall is pre-dug before we arrive, we will be happy to install the trampoline inside of it. However, we do not dig the area.
  • I WANT TO PUT MY NEW TRAMPOLINE WHERE MY OLD TRAMPOLINE OR PLAYSET IS, CAN YOU REMOVE THE EXISTING TRAMPOLINE OR PLAYSET?
  • Yes! We can remove your existing one for a fee. If it is concerted in, it will be removed at a ground level. For a removal quote please email us a few pictures of your old trampoline or play set to info@backyardplayworld.com.
  • I THINK I'M OUTSIDE OF YOUR LOCAL DELIVERY AREA, WILL YOU STILL DELIVER TO ME?
  • Our local delivery area is 40 miles from our show floor. If you are outside of our local delivery area, a minimal travel charge will apply. Please ask a trampoline expert at our store for a quote!

We will ship trampolines at no additional charge if you would prefer to self install.
  • SHOULD I ANCHOR MY TRAMPOLINE?
  • Always. Even though we do sell heavy duty trampolines and it is rare that trampolines can be picked up by strong winds, it can and has happened before. Also, manufacturer’s warranties do not cover wind damage. Anchors will help protect your property and your investment.
