The last 30 minutes of your child's party is designated for food, cake, and presents in your private party room.
You may enter your party room sooner; however, once in your party room, your party is NOT able to go back to the play area.
Red Party Room - Capacity for 24 kids. Sink and counter top space available in party room. Guest cubby area just outside the party room
for coats and personal belongings.
Blue Party Room - Capacity for 24 kids. Counter top space available. Guest cubby area just outside the party room for coats and personal belongings.
*For your convenience, both party rooms will have access to a refrigerator and freezer located in a nearby room.
*Party room reservations are first come first serve basis.
The easiest way to explain our birthday parties is...."It's your party at our house!" You are welcome to bring in food, drinks, and paper products. No helium balloons, alcohol, piñatas, or confetti allowed. ALL DECORATIONS MUST BE APPROVED 48 HOURS PRIOR TO PARTY. You may NOT tape anything to the walls of the party rooms. Supervision is not provided, we require 1 adult per 4 children, no exceptions please.
Not really! After check-in and rules orientation, The first 1 hour and 30 minutes of your party is in our 10,000 square foot interactive play area.
The last 30 minutes of your party is in your private party room. This allows your party to have a period of time in the play area with just your guests.
Depending on the time of the year, we do have overlapping parties; however, the parties are arranged so that one party is entering the private room as
the next party arrives for the play area.
Please remember, we are a retail business and retail customers will be shopping during our normal business
hours, including private parties. For a complete private party, please select our Private Party or Afterhours Party as a great option!. A private party
during normal hours means there will be no open play or parties but still retail shoppers.
Yes. We do offer open play during all normal business hours; however, open play guests do not have access to private party rooms or cubby area. Depending on the amount of parties scheduled, open play will be limited to accommodate our parties and we do not allow informal parties.

You may arrive NO EARLIER than 15 minutes prior to your party's start time. We run several parties a day and need time to clean between parties. Parents, we know you want your child's birthday to be special but please trust us when we tell you that your child will be off and running within minutes of arrival, so don't spend endless hours on planning elaborate details! Keep it simple and don't over think it! #stressfreeparty

After you schedule your party, you will received an email confirmation of your party time. You are always welcome to call or stop in person to book.
